Hi, I’m Ann Marie!

I have been a healthcare professional for over 30 years! I am a Registered Dietitian and founder of A Health Ally and developer of the Preventing Diabetes Program.

I teach and partner with people that are diagnosed with prediabetes or have been told they are “at-risk” for diabetes by a healthcare provider. I created a Preventing Diabetes Program that incorporates mini habits which are easy to follow and sustain. Willpower and strict diets are not the answer because it is hard to stick with them long-term. That’s why so many people lose weight and gain it back more, resulting in an even higher risk for diabetes and other diseases. I have a passion to help people so I wanted to share my knowledge and program with others struggling with the same health concerns.

Diabetes Prevention Program

Diabetes Prevention Program is an online self-paced learning plan with 15 modules that provide you with step-by-step instructions and actions to do each week. You get access to a private FB group for community support and extra nutrition topics. You have unlimited access to the modules and materials. All the information is based on current scientific research.

Meal Planing & Health Education Guides

Many clients search for meal and menu plans to help them prevent or reverse disease and lose weight. I developed several weekly menu plans that include 3 meals and 1 snack a day with nutritional analysis and a grocery list. I also have several health-related topics my clients requested for other health topics like how to stop craving sugary/salty foods or do I need nutritional supplements.

Wellness Store

I have an online wellness store where my clients receive a 10% discount on every product. Products include vitamins, supplements, skincare, health foods, healthy cleaning products. The brands with a green leaf are FDA approved.
